Do I need a monthly membership?
No. Sippa is visit-based. You pay for the visits you have. There is no required subscription.
Can Sippa help me get GLP-1s?
Yes. Sippa evaluates women for GLP-1 medical therapy including semaglutide and tirzepatide. If GLP-1 therapy is right for your situation, your physician will prescribe it based on your medical history, labs, and symptoms.
Can Sippa help me get HRT?
Yes. Sippa evaluates women for hormone replacement therapy including estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone. If HRT is right for your situation, your physician will recommend a plan based on your symptoms and labs.
Can I use my own pharmacy?
Yes. Sippa does not operate a captive pharmacy. Prescriptions can go to your local pharmacy, your insurance plan's preferred mail-order pharmacy, or a licensed compounding pharmacy when medically and legally available.
Are medications included in the visit price?
No. Medications are billed separately by the pharmacy that fills your prescription. Visit prices cover the physician visit, your treatment plan, and any prescriptions written.
Are labs included?
No. Labs are billed separately, and many are covered by insurance. Your physician will order only the labs that are clinically relevant and help you find the most cost-effective path.
Can I pay with my FSA or HSA?
Yes. Sippa visits are eligible for FSA and HSA payment. Use your FSA or HSA debit card at checkout, or pay out of pocket and submit for reimbursement through your plan.
How often do I need follow-ups?
It depends on your treatment plan. GLP-1 patients typically follow up monthly during dose adjustments, then quarterly. Hormone patients typically follow up 6 to 8 weeks after starting, then 1 to 2 times per year. Follow-ups are scheduled based on your care, not on a fixed subscription.
What if I need both hormones and weight loss help?
Most women dealing with midlife changes need both. Complete Midlife Care is built for this. Your physician will evaluate hormones, metabolism, sleep, and energy together, and build a treatment plan that addresses the full picture.
What if I only want GLP-1 care?
Start with GLP-1 & Weight Care. If GLP-1 therapy is right for your situation, your physician will prescribe it. You can always add hormone care later if your symptoms suggest you need it.
