This Medical Disclaimer applies to the website operated by Sippa by Rhodes Med (“Sippa,” “Rhodes Med,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including joinsippa.com and any webpages, content, forms, emails, texts, educational materials, or digital communications that link to this disclaimer.
Sippa provides physician-led midlife and menopause medical care for adult women. We currently serve eligible adult patients located in Utah.
Please read this Medical Disclaimer carefully.

Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional about your individual health needs.
2. No Emergency Care
Sippa does not provide emergency care through this website, email, SMS/text messaging, Athena messaging, telehealth visits, patient portal communication, or any other non-emergency communication channel.
If this is an emergency
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Do not use this website, intake forms, email, text messages, or patient portal messages for urgent or emergency medical needs.
Examples of emergencies may include, but are not limited to:

3. Website Use Does Not Create a Patient-Provider Relationship
Using this website, reading website content, clicking “Get Started,” submitting a general inquiry, signing up for emails, or interacting with Sippa online does not create a patient-provider relationship with Sippa, Rhodes Med, any clinician, or any medical advisor.
A patient-provider relationship is established only after appropriate intake, consent, clinical review, acceptance for care, and any other required steps are completed through Sippa’s approved patient process.
Sippa may decline to provide care if your needs are outside our scope, if care is not clinically appropriate, if you are outside our service area, or for other lawful reasons.
4. Treatment Depends on Clinical Appropriateness
Sippa may provide medical care for eligible patients when clinically appropriate.
Treatment decisions are based on many factors, including your symptoms, medical history, medications, allergies, risk factors, labs when appropriate, clinical judgment, applicable law, and available services.
Sippa does not guarantee that any patient will receive a specific diagnosis, medication, prescription, lab order, treatment plan, or outcome.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Hormone therapy
- Bioidentical estradiol or progesterone
- Vaginal estradiol
- Testosterone or DHEA
- GLP-1 medications
- Semaglutide or tirzepatide
- Metformin
- Sleep support
- Skin or hair prescriptions
- Intimacy-related treatment
- Lab testing
- Pharmacy routing
- Refills or dosage adjustments
All medications, labs, and treatment plans are provided only when clinically appropriate.
5. Medications Are Not Right for Everyone
Medications discussed on this website may not be appropriate, safe, available, or effective for every person.
Medications can have risks, side effects, contraindications, interactions, and monitoring requirements. Certain medications may not be appropriate based on your medical history, pregnancy status, cancer history, cardiovascular risk, blood clot risk, liver or kidney function, medication list, allergies, lab results, or other health factors.
Only a qualified clinician can determine whether a medication or treatment is appropriate for you.
Do not use website content as a substitute for medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or medication counseling.
6. Labs and Blood Work
Sippa may use labs or blood work when clinically appropriate.
Labs can help inform care, but labs alone do not diagnose every condition or explain every symptom. Clinical care may also consider your history, symptoms, goals, risk factors, medication use, and clinician evaluation.
Lab availability, timing, pricing, insurance coverage, and cash-pay options may vary. Sippa does not guarantee insurance coverage or reimbursement for labs.
7. Results Are Not Guaranteed
Sippa does not guarantee specific medical outcomes, symptom improvement, weight loss results, lab changes, medication access, prescription approval, pharmacy fulfillment, insurance reimbursement, or clinical eligibility.
Every patient is different. Your response to care may vary based on your health history, biology, medication tolerance, consistency, lifestyle, labs, follow-up, and other factors.
Testimonials, examples, educational content, or general descriptions of care should not be understood as a promise that you will experience the same result.
8. Telehealth Has Limits
Sippa may provide care through telehealth when appropriate.
Telehealth can be convenient and effective for many types of care, but it has limitations. A virtual visit may not allow the same physical examination, testing, or assessment available in an in-person medical setting.
Sippa may recommend in-person care, urgent care, emergency care, specialist evaluation, imaging, labs, or additional medical evaluation if clinically appropriate.
Telehealth may not be appropriate for every patient, symptom, or condition.
9. State Availability and Location
Sippa currently serves eligible adult patients located in Utah.
Telehealth care depends on applicable law, clinician licensure, patient location, and clinical appropriateness. You may be asked to confirm your physical location at the time of care.
If you are outside Sippa’s service area, Sippa may not be able to provide medical care.
10. Third-Party Services
Sippa may use or link to third-party services, including Athena, labs, pharmacies, payment processors, email tools, SMS/text messaging providers, analytics tools, and other operational systems.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, pricing, and limitations.
Sippa does not control third-party pharmacy pricing, medication availability, lab pricing, insurance coverage decisions, shipping timelines, technology interruptions, or third-party service performance.
11. Educational Content May Change
Medical knowledge, clinical guidelines, medication availability, telehealth rules, and treatment options may change over time.
Sippa may update website content, service descriptions, treatment descriptions, eligibility information, pricing information, or this Medical Disclaimer at any time.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee that all website content is complete, current, or applicable to your individual health situation.
12. Relationship to Other Policies
This Medical Disclaimer should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Notice of Privacy Practices, and Telehealth Consent information.
If you become a patient, your care may also be governed by additional consents, notices, agreements, Athena forms, membership terms, or patient-facing documents.
