Section 01 — Hero (Hardened) | Sippa Our Story
Our Story

Built by eight sisters. For every woman who needed one.

Eight daughters. No brothers. One physician dad. A lifetime of learning what women need when something feels wrong.

Sippa brings that same quick, expert, family-rooted care to women in midlife.

Section 02 — House (Hardened)
Where Sippa began

Before Sippa was a practice, it was how our family worked.

We are three of eight sisters. No brothers. Just a house full of girls, our mom, and our physician dad.

When we were young, medical questions did not become appointments. We just asked Dad. He knew what to do. He treated us quickly, tenderly, and with real expertise.

Then we left home.

College. Marriage. Babies. New cities. New doctors. Long waits. Rushed visits.

It was a shock.

So we kept calling home to The Rhodes Clinic. Which really just meant Dad.

And what a gift that was.

We built Sippa for women who need that same kind of care. Not from a stranger. Not from an algorithm. From real medical providers who care the way our dad taught us, with quick attention, real expertise, and the warmth of family.

Section 03 — Contrast (Hardened)

We didn't know that wasn't normal.

What we had
  • Someone who picked up.
  • Twenty-minute answers.
  • A clinician who knew our history.
  • Follow-up that didn't disappear.
  • Real expertise. Real attention.
  • Care that knew us as a whole person.
What most women get
  • Six-week waits.
  • Seven-minute appointments.
  • A generic intake form.
  • A stranger with a prescription.
  • Dismissal. "Your labs look fine."
  • Care that ends when the visit ends.
Section 04 — Picks Up (Hardened)
The question we kept asking

Where is the person who picks up the phone?

Because sisters pick up the phone.

We watched our friends try to get care. We watched the mothers at our kids' schools. We watched the women we grew up with. And we kept asking the same question, over and over, until the answer became Sippa.

A note from Emily

The Sippa Clause.

It started on our weekly sister call. Therapy Thursdays. You know the one. The call where you say the things you don't say anywhere else.

One week my sister brought up a health thing she'd been sitting on. I put on my DNP hat, gave her my honest take, and said:

Don't worry. This is Sippa. Just between sisters.

It stuck. Because then another sister called. Then another. Turns out all eight of us were quietly dealing with stuff we didn't have words for and didn't realize was connected. We just thought it was life.

The thing nobody told us

Spoiler: it wasn't just life.

Every woman deserves a sister who will actually listen and actually help. That's Sippa.

And yes. The agreement between sisters is much stronger than any HIPAA laws.

Section 06 — Thread (Hardened)
What Sippa is

The family thread, with a front door.

For twenty years, Therapy Thursdays has been our standing call. The eight of us on the phone every week, working through whatever needs working through. A symptom. A prescription. A marriage. A diagnosis. A pound of weight that won't move. Sometimes the call is medical. Sometimes it's just one sister saying she hasn't slept in three weeks, and another sister saying yes, that's perimenopause, here is what we do.

Sippa is that call, made available to women who weren't born into it. The same speed. The same expertise. The same person, every time. The kind of care most women have never had, opened up with a front door anyone can walk through.

A Wednesday afternoon From the family thread.
Stacy
I don't know if this is normal or if I should be worried.

The Sippa Promise
Section 07 — Care (Hardened)
What you get

Real medicine. Real people. Real follow-up.

  • Weight loss with real medicine
GLP-1 prescribed by physicians, supported by the labs, the dosing changes, and the follow-up that make it actually work. Not a refill mill. Not a script in your inbox from a stranger.
  • Hormones taken seriously
Perimenopause and menopause treated as the medical events they are. Protocols that move with your body and adjust when your body asks them to.
  • Labs that get run
Thyroid, hormones, metabolic markers. The work most providers don't bother to order, run as part of your care and reviewed with you in plain language.
  • Prescriptions that fit your life
Refills, dosing changes, switches when something isn't working. The kind of conversation that comes with a clinician who knows your full history.
  • Follow-up that follows up
The same clinician, every time. The one who remembers what you said in March and asks about it in June. The one who knows what you're working on this season.
  • Real clinicians, not AI
Licensed physicians, DNPs, and PAs who specialize in midlife women. Not a chatbot writing scripts. Not an algorithm reading your form. A person who knows this medicine cold.
  • Whole-body midlife care
Weight, hormones, skin, hair, sleep, mood. One clinician. One plan. One conversation, kept open for as long as you need it.

The sister you call when it actually matters.

That's Sippa
